Do you have an eBay account? If not, go to www.ebay.com, and register to sell on eBay.  If you already have a User ID from buying on eBay, you will need to upgrade your membership with your credit or debit card and/or checking account information.  Your credit/debit card will only be charged when there is a fee related to selling your items.  All of your personal information will be kept confidential.  If you don’t already have a User ID, let’s choose an ID and password.  Try to create a User ID that reflects your business or the items you plan to sell; for instance, if you are a woman and you plan to sell pottery, you might want your User ID to be “thepotterylady”.  Next, you will need to create a password. Use at least 6-9 characters for your password, but do not use a word in the dictionary.  So make it up, you might want to combine alphabetic characters with numbers, something easy for you to remember like your spouses, child’s or a parent’s birthday.  (e.g. potlady1231 or wedosales1019)

How to register:

Click on Register from the menu at the top of the page and enter the following information:

Your Personal Information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Street Address
• City
• State
• Zip Code
• Country
• Primary Phone Number
• Email Address
• Re-enter email address

 Your User ID and Password:

• Create your eBay User ID
• Create Password
• Re-enter password
• Pick a Secret question
• Secret question answer
• Date of Birth
